Nobody under 18 may open an account, deposit or play on Game District. By registering, every player confirms they are 18 or older.
2Age checks
We may ask for proof of age at any time, including before a withdrawal. If a player cannot prove they are 18 or over, the account is closed.
3Underage accounts
If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we close it, void all bets and return deposits to the original payment method. Winnings are not paid.
4Tips for parents
- Do not leave devices logged in to gaming sites and keep passwords private.
- Use the app lock in Security so nobody else can open your account.
- Turn on parental controls on shared phones and computers.
- Talk to children about the risks of gambling.
5Report it
If you think a minor is using Game District, tell us through the Help center and we will look into it straight away.
